You get a straight answer
If your project would be better served by a SaaS product than custom development, we'll tell you. If your timeline is unrealistic, we'll say so in the proposal. We'd rather lose a deal than take on a project we can't deliver well.
Everything goes in writing
Scope, timeline, pricing, deliverables — all documented before any work begins. Change requests go through a formal process with written estimates. No ambiguity about what you're getting or what it costs.
